A new iOS 9 feature added in beta 1 was only discovered when users attempted to update to beta 2 earlier today. Taiwanese Apple-focused forum Apple.pro has leaked what appears to be an iPad 3 part, pictured below. The machine-translated description mentions a part labeled “821-1259-06” which looks a lot like a dock connector with the accompanying ribbon cable attached to it.
